Ulm December – One of the biggest and latest ventilated kitchen ceilings goes these days to operation. The ceiling is installed in the hospital of the German army in Ulm. The ceiling uses a modern induction system. A induction air flow is used to push the kitchen exhaust particles direct towards to the filters – so the filters are able to suck and separate the exhausts very quick and high efficient! Furthermore the whole ceiling uses a full automatic filter wash systems, so the filter must not be removed for cleaning. The ceiling is made from a combination of stainless steel and powder coated aluminum. Please refer to the following pictures.
